Chalet Silvana is a hugely popular chalet with guests returning year after year. The chalet is located in the Morel area of Meribel and is a first and second floor split duplex apartment. This is a perfect accommodation for 6/7 and of course it has the ever popular single room which everyone is after. The lounge is warm and inviting due to the log fire on the corner. The doors then lead out onto the balcony. The chalet has been decorated to the highest standards mixing traditional Alpine charm with modern and comfortable furnishings. The name Silvana is an Italian name that translates as ‘woodland’ or ‘forest’. This is just perfect for the chalet is it is set in the fir trees of Meribel in a peaceful location.

There is car parking space for 1 car in the communal parking area at the building. Ski and boot lockers are provided. Free Wifi access is provided with a chalet laptop. There is also an iPod docking station and TV with DVD.

Location

The Silvana is located in the Morel area of Meribel. There are a few bars and restaurants nearby and access to the skiing is easy. The slopes are accessible by taking a flat walk along to the blue run that leads down to the village and the main lifts at the Chaudanne. There is also the local free bus that stops close by as an alternative. The main heart of Meribel centre is 15 minutes walk downhill.
