♦ This is a 4th floor duplex apartment that is served by a lift. The views over the Roc de Fer from its living area are fantastic. It has a west-facing balcony. The apartment Chardon Bleu 41 is a bright apartment which has been slowly but surely improved over the years with new furnishings and carpets though-out.

♦ The accommodation sleeps a maximum of 6 people. There is a spacious master bedroom on the upper level which has a king-size bed. There is also a small double mattress on its mezzanine.

♦ There is a set of bunk beds on the landing and a double sofa bed in the living area. There is a bathroom on each floor.

♦ No smoking.

♦ There is private garage for one car.
