♥ Chalet Phoebe is a lovely chalet located in the Mussillon area of Meribel. It is just an easy walk to the resort centre of Meribel or a quick ride to the lifts with the chalet chauffeur service.
♥ The living room has stunning mountain views and plenty of comfortable seating for everyone to relax in front of the fire or a movie. Terrace doors lead out onto the South facing terrace that is perfect for taking in the sun and alpine air.
♥ There are a few steps that lead up into the dining room. As the kitchen is open plan it is possible to watch your chef create your evening meal.
♥ The chalet is spread out over 3 floors with a large suite on the top floor. All the bedrooms are en suite and have their own balconies.
♥ There is also a ski and boot room for you to leave your gear overnight. There is also a chalet laundry room.
♥ The outdoor hot tub is the perfect addition to the chalet as groups and families love relaxing together at the end of the day.
♥ The chalet also has an iPod docking station and Wifi access.
♥ A crèche and private nanny service are available with this chalet.

For most of us good food and great skiing go hand in hand…If you are staying in one of our catered chalets then you will be handsomely looked after by your chalet chef and host. However if you have booked the whole chalet the chefs can offer more varied dishes to suit your taste.

If you are a group who enjoy après then more substantial canapés rather than a tea cake might be more appropriate or if you are a family who have young children you might wish to have some simpler dishes together or a high tea for the children, these options can be discussed with your chef when you arrive.

Wine

A range of French wines have been carefully chosen by our panel of tasters to enhance your enjoyment and complement our menus. We are proud to work with Boyer Wines who have partnerships with vineyards in the Languedoc, Bordeaux and Rhone Valley. Their aim as a wine making family is to produce natural wines which truly express the character of the grape variety. Paul Boyer has produced all of the wines on our catered chalet list.
